“I took almost a year and numerous trips to find the house that i need. Jeff was in on it every step of the way, He looked and looked and suggested, recomended, discarded, we made trips together to look at properties. With all of the due diligence we found the right one and it when sideways with existing owner. Jeff got it back on track with a great deal of work and kept me posted every step of the way again all the way to closeing. Then he help me sell the other house. He did all of the due diligence once again and we got exactly what we want for that house. He helped with all of the paper work, both in writing and a whole lot of digital signing. To be honest I was truly suprised at his attitude and work ethics on all of this. He really, really cared about getting all of this done.
